Our new module allows an admin to list and filter the built-in Drupal users list by membership number, and provide a display optimized for administering members and non-member donors within the Drupal database.
The API Login Management application is accessible only by a Drupal user who is logged in with the admin role.
The members list contains the following columns:
- membership number
- email address
- first name as it appears on AXIS records
- last name as it appears on AXIS records
- an edit link for this member
The data for the information fields listed above is stored within Drupal database table. This table is used by the API Login application. We show the membership records here in the event of a membership number swap, the first name and the last name need to be changed during the same time that the membership number is changed.
The membership number includes a link which, if clicked, redirects to the “member edit” function with the member’s information pre-populated. The same thing occurs if the admin clicks the “Edit” link for a listed member.
An admin user can search, update, swap membership numbers and delete members and non-member donor records using the API Login Management Tool.
